Designed to sit directly on the grill grate of Traeger grills for convenience, this reversible griddle is made with cast iron for excellent heat retention and features an enamel coating for non-stick performance right out of the box. Use the flat side for frying eggs and bacon or flip it to the ridged side to get perfect marks on your burgers. ModiFIRE accessories can be added or removed in seconds, letting you quickly change the cooking surface on your grill without needing to remove the grate.
