There is a Structural trimming allowance of ¼-in on each side and 1-in on the bottom. Please note that trimming will damage the finish, also any edge that was trimmed should be sealed, stained or painted to prevent moisture from entering the wood. Please refer to our installation guide on how to trim or paint.
